red canoe is going through a update, and have been doing so for 5 days now and they have not been able to give me my balance, then when i call and talk to them the person on the phone both days ive called was very rude, non responsive, and treated me like i havent been a loyal customer. im pretty upset with the fact that im about to leave my favorite bank for another over this situation.
