Got a car loan, MONTHS later got a letter in the mail saying insurance wasnt acceptable. Fix the insurance according to the letter. Next month another complaint about insurance, fix the insurance and again another letter. This process of not giving a list of whats entirely wrong kept raising my premium. Had to change my insurance because premiums got out of control. Again, started getting letters. Fixed the issue each time. Now RC is charging me over 5.5x what I pay a month for insurance. I deposited money into the *** for a family member. I made sure that the *** didn't spit out any money, got a receipt and left. Come to find out that Red Canoe flagged my DEPOSIT as suspicious. What?! Why??? If it was suspicious, why didn't they call the account holder to verify? Instead, they stole $1,100 and won't deposit any of it. Went to talk to the manager and they agreed with us, but some psycho who is higher up than the manager disagreed and kept our money. red canoe is going through a update, and have been doing so for 5 days now and they have not been able to give me my balance, then when i call and talk to them the person on the phone both days ive called was very rude, non responsive, and treated me like i havent been a loyal customer. im pretty upset with the fact that im about to leave my favorite bank for another over this situation.
I'm super pissed going to be changing my bank what a sorry bunch they are at red canoe got a sizable check deposited into my account I understand that it has to clear to get access to the whole amount but I was told that I'd be able to get access to a percentage of the money and now they won't so f them I'm to change banks

Back in 2013 I had a vehicle loan with Red Canoe credit union. After 4yrs of timely payments Red Canoe sent me a letter stating I had “missed” a payment. I called for explanation and as it turns out they had not told me I “missed” a payment for 60 days. Either my check was lost in the mail or someone at Red Canoe lost it but they took the check for the next month’s bill and applied it to the previous month.
