Great as long as you have a lot of money - poor choice if you fall on hard times or are a more typical paycheck to paycheck situation.
Im not a member but i use there atm in albany and they charge you and i understand that but when i went inside to get 5 twentys for a 100 dollar bill and you say we cant do that cause your not a member are you f serious what a joke i got the dam money from your atm.
When I try to log on to the website, I've been getting an error message that the site is unsafe. I can't get past this message to log in. What is going on with site security?
If I could give them a zero rating I would. I told them I would be on vacation in Disneyland before I left for my trip. When I arrived my card was declined at every store. Being Labor Day weekend I had to wait until the second to last day of my trip to call them. 3 days with no food. Super fucking pissed!!!!!!
Honestly I get if you work on a Saturday your going to be grumpy but seriously don't just pick up the phone and sound miserable and super stand offish. I've never had an issue with customer service here but I'm not happy with how I was just treated on the phone.
20yrs. Punish me for Planet Fitness' error. Overdraft because PF charged me for another members account. I had to take a small loan type thing from the bank to try to avoid a credit mark, paid it and still haunts me. Now credit is screwed up. Took car loan to a better bank with a much lower rate. Never doing business with Red Canoe again.
