Very poor customer service!!! Bought a new 2019 golf cart had it 1 day and wouldn’t hold a charge.. horn never didn’t work!!! Took it back a week and half ago and still haven’t gotten it back!! I have called and called they never call you back!!!! When I finally got ahold of someone they said they didn’t know when my golf cart would be done because they didn’t know what was wrong with it!!! This is my second time getting a SMI Airforce One RV braking system installed on a tow car. Three years ago they put one on my new Grand Cherokee which I towed all over the country for three years. On June 11, 2018 they put a new system on my new Lincoln MKX. We got there at 9 am and they had us done and on the road by 1 pm.
