We have had the pleasure of eating here several times. Each time WAS a pleasure. I’ve had the prime rib and it was delicious, but the Chicken Parmigiana is what I end up eating. Can’t help it, it’s good! The service is great and prompt. The cost is reasonable and affordable. We will be back.
We had a huge party on Friday night, it was unfortunate that one of the members of our party never received his food, ( after a two hour wait) when asked about the delay, the waiter said they were busy. We also never received rolls that was included in meal. Management needed to staff the room with more servers and or more cooks for a Friday night . Not sure I would recommend this place until current management gets their act together.
This is the second time my family and I have ordered to go and both times the service was slow to get our food ready. An hour wait! The second time we ordered one of my meals was messed up. Won't go back there again.
Great food & service in a historic setting. Take a brake from the chain restaurants and enjoy this treasure on the National Road in Lafayette Ohio!
