Searched for hours on line to find a “Great Place” to take my Husband for his 53rd birthday. Very disappointing, my husband ordered his salad without onions because they make him sick to his stomach. Then he orders the walleye, he asked her how it was prepared, the waitress said with garlic and butter. When he received his meal the fish was covered with sautéed onions. Walked in and asked if we had reservations we did not found a small table up at the bar the server up there was very friendly and fast Menu was a bit miss leading but other than that the food was spot on and so was the service will be back definitely
Great service, great food.. my fettuccini was a little too thick and cheesy for me, but my husband loved his burger and everything else we had was great, especially the chicken livers we got as an appetizer. Will definitely be back.
Needs more front of house help, fire the chef. That is all ...

ordered stuffed chicken, chicken came out cut open and all the stuffing was gone, server took chicken came back 5 min. later with same piece of chicken and a paste like substance, it was nasty, was going to talk to manager but server never came back, after waiting 15-20 min. had to get bill from busboy, so disappointed
Absolutely horrible service. Just left. After waiting 10 minuets to see a host, he asked if we had reservations and grimaced when I said no (we had a family of 4). There were at least 6 empty tables in the main dining And he had acted on uninterested in us being there without a reservation. We ended up not even staying since the restaurant was not caring about us eating there. Extremely disappointed since we were excited about trying the restaurant but don’t feel a need to spend my money where it’s not needed
Food was good but if you're not a local forget getting a drink at the bar, they only see the local people there, if you're a stranger you're going to leave thirsty...
Beverages and dinner in the Tavern Room, as usual. We prefer the more casual and fun atmosphere in the Tavern compared to the regular dining room. The food was great and we enjoyed great service. We live nearby and dine there regularly. Highly recommend the RBT!
