Jennifer was friendly, helpful, and transparent about costs and specials. Glad to not deal with a corporate business.
I had some complaints about pricing and no communication. I would really like to thank the new manager that personally gave me a phone call, and worked with me on all the negatives I was dealing with. She took care of pricing for me, she also found something to help me out as well. I’m very pleased that she was able to take care of these things for me. I’ll be staying now and continuing my business with Red Bank Climate Storage. Thank you!!
This place seemed decent when I started using them almost 4 years ago. But they keep RAISING the prices. From $34 to $44 which ok no problem, but now, from $44 to $74 and then on top of that, NO one answers the phones or calls back. I’ve called numerous times and I’m really tired dealing with these ppl. As soon as I can I’m getting outta this place. You all are terrible with no customer service skills or communication. Clean facility. Easy access. We had an issue where we were mistakenly locked out of our unit by management, but I think they were very shorthanded and our new payment method was overlooked.
I've never seen a worse run business. And I'm 54.
