I've never seen a worse run business. And I'm 54.
Staff has not responded to phone calls or emails. My 10x5 space started out at $59 two or three years ago after I downsized from a 10x10. Then they went up a couple of times so that I was currently paying $74/mo. Now they are trying to go up $22/mo. making the total rent $96/mo. That is a 30% increase in 1 whack. What expenses have gone up for you? Maybe HVAC, maybe rent you have to pay for the property/facility. Maybe slightly salaries. Very detail oriented professional service. I am concerned that Donna is out of work "for foreseeable future" and pray she is well, not ill, and very soon to return. She is an excellent asset to whomever employs her, and I hope she returns soon.
