Staff has not responded to phone calls or emails. My 10x5 space started out at $59 two or three years ago after I downsized from a 10x10. Then they went up a couple of times so that I was currently paying $74/mo. Now they are trying to go up $22/mo. making the total rent $96/mo. That is a 30% increase in 1 whack. What expenses have gone up for you? Maybe HVAC, maybe rent you have to pay for the property/facility. Maybe slightly salaries.
