BEWARE OF SCAMMER- He will take your deposit, make continued promises about coming to do the work for months but never actually follow through. Very unresponsive and voicemail is always full probably due to other customers he's scamming out of their money. Update- 2 Months later and a letter from our family's lawyer and the deposit still has not been returned despite verbal confirmation that it would be.
