Very knowledgable staff. Came in to the shop looking to buy a new XC bike. However i didn’t leave with a new bike but i left knowing exactly what i want when the 2020 models arrive. I didn’t get the associates name(told me he was just filling in for the day) Definitely knew his bikes and was a huge help finding something in my price range. I will be back to this place. 5 star customer service!!
Fantastic Bicycle shop! Matt fixed my bike right away with out an appointment! While I had a Chai latte and a pastry. Thank you Matt and the Recyclist Bicycle Co. for such great service!
Everyone was so helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for, made sure my bike fit perfectly and was ready to go, and they were all really kind! Thanks for a great experience and an awesome brand new bike!
