Overall, the buying experience should have been flawless. Most as promised. Why 2 star: Product marketing by RecPro for keyless entry mislead me. (purchased wrong unit) I spent a lot of $$ at RecPro as a new customer & they tried to not credit me on my return. I asked for a full refund including shipping & that was denied. The particular electronic door lock you had ordered does include keys, which we have included a photo of on the listing. Due to this, we avoided listing it as a keyless entry to try and avoid any of that confusion. The recliner loveseat arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. Surprised to see the boxes in the driveway but even more surprised to see in BIG LETTERS "MADE IN CHINA". Likely would not have bought them had I known that. However they do look very nice and are extremely comfortable. Hopefully they'll stay that way for a long time. We live in our coach fulltime so they'll get plenty of use. RecPro people are very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
I placed an order and received it very quickly on inspection I discovered a pice missing I contacted RecPro and no questions ask the part was on it's way to me. This is the way all companies should operate

Item was shipped (*****) in 3 boxes. Boxes were damaged and punctured, but no damage to items. One box was delivered on Sunday and the other two the following Tuesday, so I had to be home on two different days to receive. Ona scale of 1-10 where 10 is highest, I give the quality of this item a 6, but internal packaging was a 10. Lift springs are weak on foot panel, so I will need to find stronger springs. I am **** *** ***#. Great lumbar support.
