I contacted customer service, by phone, three times. They were very pleasant and helpful, and answered all my questions. I placed an online order for a pair of recliners. The order was received Tuesday as promised and the recliners were installed Saturday morning. The whole process was very easy.

They are comfortable but I wish the middle console would attach instead of just sticking down between the two recliners.
