4 washers were to small I had to drill them out. Some of the black powder coating had chipped off and started rusting. Other than that it's a big sturdy step. I like the stainless hardware
Recpro never shipped item. I called and spoke with the manager. Manager was rude and hung up on me. Now I'm trying to get a refund... awful experience.

The powered theater seats look good and are pretty comfortable for me at ** ** . If I were to want a change it would be separate controls for the leg rest and back rest. Sometimes I just want to get my feet up without reclining.

The lite fixtures we ordered worked great and were delivered promptly.
I contacted customer service, by phone, three times. They were very pleasant and helpful, and answered all my questions. I placed an online order for a pair of recliners. The order was received Tuesday as promised and the recliners were installed Saturday morning. The whole process was very easy.
