This business has a huge problem with organization. Maybe the administrators are spending too much time buying blue and green hair dye rather than becoming proficient in their assigned tasks? Or maybe the daycare that they apparently run in the front is a distraction from professional proficiency? Unknown. Our therapist Dawn spent a lot of time helping my husband and I learning communication tools and we really appreciate that the most. Couple years later we are still referencing them.
