Charged my card without permission multiple times for a supposedly “copay” therapist April justified an underage relationship as well as was very rude just throughout treatment. Ended services immediately will not return.
Fantastic place with fantastic therapists.
Melissa has given me: time, understanding, reassurance, strategies, and so much more. What she has not given me: judgement. Sugar coating. I've been to her for over a year and im a completely different person. I owe so much of my happiness to her, she's a phenomenal therapist ill continue to see until I discharge. This business has a huge problem with organization. Maybe the administrators are spending too much time buying blue and green hair dye rather than becoming proficient in their assigned tasks? Or maybe the daycare that they apparently run in the front is a distraction from professional proficiency? Unknown. What is known is that appointments weren’t scheduled, appointments were dropped, and just a general vibe of unprofessional disorganization.
