Recovery connection is amazing and they have wonderful, caring staff at the Pawtucket location. However, I have been using recovery connection for my psych provider who has blown me off for the second month in a row and just sent in my prescriptions (except for the most important one) with out talking to me. My anxiety medication has been waiting at the pharmacy for almost a week, waiting for prescriber approval. I love this place The Dr.s are great you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door great atmosphere and I am so glad I found this place and it's close to where I live...
This place is a godsend
When it was Remedy 180 before which I was a client for years place was friendly and personable. They handled all your meds psychiatric and addiction in house. They were bought out by Recovery connection and was told we don't do depression meds anymore so had to transfer out to another practice,then told we now do it so bring them back, then a week later yeah we don't do that anymore.. No regard to there is nowhere to get into a appointment short notice. . No regard to any policies were in place to old clients. They just blam... read more
I just want to say that this place is fantastic everyone there Is polite kind and very caring, They do whatever they can do to meet your needs even going above and beyond like the secretary Courtney she is fantastic always makes you feel welcome, And happy to help, never once I've seen her in not a good mood, Just an all around great Secretary.
