I don't understand why I had to fill out a form in detail on your website, then email the data to someone, then email the data again - only to be told to take my job onto a local store to get a quote. So - take off the form input box on your website, and say instead: Contact one of these stores in your area to get a quote." - So now I have wasted 2 days...
