They put a boot on my RV, they got the wrong one. I tried to enter the facility and the gate would not work and I could not get in without a long wait. The facility was fine except for the gate not working when I needed it.
Have had several issues with billing and are next to impossible to reach a human to get resolution! Have tried canceling and yet have been billed again!
Thank you for being so accommodating for a weekend rental for our RV. Candyce was great to work with, friendly, and provided quick communication for our rental needs. The facility was very clean, had a security gate, and I would highly recommend using this facility. Thank you again!
