I have been to a few crossfit boxes, and I feel the most at home and comfortable here, than I ever have. The coaches really care and are willing to spend time showing you the proper technique, as well as some tidbits to help that technique. So glad I joined this Box!!!
So I started Crossfit a little more than 3 months ago to lose baby weight (my son is 6 months old) and fit into my old clothes. I lost all the weight, and more than I planned, lost two sizes, and am stronger than I have EVER been! The coaches at Reckless are AMAZING! This is the best gym I have ever been to!
