Came here during my visit home for Christmas..already knew the owner and his wife but first time visiting the gym! Great workouts, great people, beautiful gym and i had a great time! I usually try and visit a couple cf gyms when I'm home but stayed here all week! The coaches are helpful, make you feel at home and have great wods!!!! Can't wait to go back!
