Recco has lived up to the first three letters in the companies name, REC, it is most certainly a train rec, car rec, boat rec, plane rec, crane rec, trolly rec, the women in there are a rec, the place they are located is a rec and their professionalism is mostly the rec of all rec's. Time for the CEO to get off their high horse and do some evaluations. I won't be going back and I don't recommend this agency to anyone, there are plenty agencies in the sea, this one is rotted. Google need to allow us to give lower rating.

The live in aids are horrible I hear how they talk to one of there patients in my building it's a horror show.i live at 60 Morrow in Scarsdale Ny this poor lady has 2-3 aids that are lazy and talk to her very recklessly I'm waiting to see the son to let him listen to the recordings of how they speak. These agencies are 🗑

if I could rate them a negative rating in stars I would. They sent me 2 aides, both of them were appalling. Absolutely, would never, under any circumstance recommend or return to this agency for services. When I complained I was told "you really should try us a 3rd time. after all, if you go another place, it could just be just as bad."

Worst agency to work for as a aid, those people in the office is very unprofessional don't care and don't know how to speak to people....
