Predatory businesses like these are one of the main reasons for the Knoxville area housing shortage.
They lie. They cheat.They steal. They harrass. I have proof in my correspondence with them.They make a lot of mistakes and like to blame the wrong people. They will not give you an honest offer. They basically ripped me off for around $30,000. Do not use these people to sell your property. There are plenty of others you can go to. I regret my decision, which was based on their lies, to sell my house to them. If anything changes for the better with my situation, I will amend my review. I really wish these people would stop mailing me offers for my property. They sent a check today that will be shredded. My property is NOT for sale nor will it ever be.
This Co. Obviously doesn't research the properties very well that they attempt to buy. The house they made an offer on was razed 2 years ago just before we rebuilt on the same lot. Oh yeah , the offer on the old house was ridiculous......shredded said offer.
