I was looking to get a roof leak taken care of but 2 messages to John have gone unreturned over the last week and a couple of text to their automated missed call message asking if I would like a call back and still waiting on a call back from Cody from 3 days ago despite being told I would get a follow up phone call by the end of day Wednesday. O well. It’s just a roof leak. I’m sure they are swamped.

Consistently poor work product with flimsy warranty. Rebuild was responsible for replacing our roof in the year prior to buying our house. During the May storms in Austin, the roof vent was lifted and let in a significant amount of water, which resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. Upon inspection by two separate third-parties it was determined that the venting had only been partially installed, with only every ~4th nail actually being applied. Finding a trustworthy contractor is pretty nerve wracking, but was very happy to have found these folks to repair some interior moisture damage. Christian, Darren, Marcos and their whole team have been great to work with; will use them again.
