Went on Sunday with my 5yo and a 10 yo. All found fun things to do there, including me (and I am a 33 yo grown up ). It’s a truly great place to shake some extra energy off for adults, interact with your children playing fun games that include physical activities, challenges for you and your child. It’s priceless to watch how your children are challenging themselves playing strategic games. unfriendly place and Constant stopping for my 3 year old while she was jumping or running .. so much so that she lost interest in going to the trampoline bouncing area. Wasted my money and worst customer service. When you complain only thing you would see is blank faces .. no one responds while you talk and you leave with absolutely no concerns or even a reply. Not going there again.
I took my son there this past sunday and he had a blast! Definitely will be back!!
Disgusting bathrooms, moldy walls, undrinkable condition of a water fountain! The staff is clueless and once you deal with the management you will see why. I recommend trying airheads instead of here for birthday parties! You can’t get the waters you pay for until you are in your party room that you are not allowed to enter until it’s time to eat.
