Management is rotten. I would never go here if there was a another trampoline place around in this area! Good place but people who work there were more professional friendly and not rude

Was here a few years ago for my son's birthday party when it was called Rebounderz and we had a great time, staff was amazing! We went this past Saturday and won't be back. Staff was terrible. One person doing check in with about 20 people in line and she acted like she hated her job, waited at the concession counter for about 15 minutes even after asking someone if we could get help. The little staff that was working just walked around like they were in la la land. Will not recommend to anyone!

For birthday parties, we do have an allotted time that is reserved for each party (a total of 2 hours) but unfortunately we can not guarantee access to any tables outside of the party rooms because those tables are not reserved and are for use for any of the guests that are jumping in the facility. Outer Limits is a great place for kids to spend a few hours jumping and climbing. I would give it 5 stars except for the arcade area. Things there are often not working and recently when my grandsons' cards got to where there were too few credits for a game, you couldn't combine them. So they left with 6 cards with unused credits on them. The rest of the place is excellent...and the massage chairs are great for the adults whike you wait.
My daughter loved the rock climbing wall , so many different things to keep her busy !! We will Defiantly be back
