Fun atmosphere for the kids to burn energy. Right next to police station so that made me feel safer. Snack bar is ok. Staff is not thrilled to be there, they never smile. The temperature was too hot for me and not enough seating for parents. If they could add a cocktail lounge, that would be great too! Lol
Terrible place. Dirty and poorly managed. Much better options available in the area.
We were kicked out within 2 minutes due to the fact not all 6 of us had there grip socks. We said while checking in that we had 2 of the 6 sets of grip socks already. We brought our own grip socks and of course they weren't good enough even though we bought 4 pairs out of 6 of "there socks". We were told to buy the socks and I asked what the difference was and was told it had there logo so we had to buy them. Found this place while on vacation with my grandson. The staff is extremely friendly. There was so much to do. Rock climbing wall. Ropes course and of course trampolines. We did the all day package. Very reasonable prices.
If you actually care about your (or your kids) safety, I would stay away from here. The employees don’t actually care to enforce any of the rules posted, which leads to people getting hurt. Instead they’d rather talk to their friends working and just stay away from the trampoline areas as a whole. When I asked an employee to stop someone from breaking all of the rules I was brushed away and told that I should just ask them to stop myself. If I’m a paying customer I should be expected to obey the rules, but not enforce them.
It was okay. I was there for a birthday party. I was disappointed that half of the arcade games were out of order. I wish they would have announced over the loud speaker that they were getting ready to cut the birthday cake. We missed it.
