I went in there with 30 people and the staff members are all idiots they lack training there was no leader because when we asked for a manager ALL OF THEM where managers NEVER CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY HERE all the money we spent there and they wouldn't allow us to bring a cake inside. the facility is extremely dirty the people making pizza did not wear gloves then hoped over to the register to handle money. we tried to make the best out of the day because we had so many people there already but trust me we will not be going back... read more
unkept and dirty, paid for a game that never worked. Parking was gross with garbage everywhere. Shame , for such a touristic place!
Very basic. not worth the time or money. Half the activities are closed or have to pay a premium to use. Plenty to do around Orlando.
The over all appearance and cleanliness of the common and play areas were dirty. Restrictions on play area depending on prices. One price access to all equipment. Restrooms were dirty and not all urinals were functioning, sink faucet was loose as well. Needs serious help on all levels!

What an absolutely filthy place. Children play here and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years, if ever. Men’s bathroom is in complete shambles. Broken sink faucet, broken toilet paper dispensers, rusty wall dividers, no paper towels and poop on the ceiling. YES POOP!!! That’s just the bathroom. Half the games didn’t work either. Layers of dust on everything. Gum stuck all over the floors. I promise you these people are not cleaning and sanitizing this place ever. Do yourself a favor.
