Place an order for springs. The order was lost by USPS. I was able to follow with tracking number and even followed up with local USPS. They could not find. I called customer support and talk with Ricki. She was very helpful. Looked into the shipment. Called me back the same day said they would reship and take care of me. The order was received this week. Thank you Ricki for taking ownership and getting my order placed asap.
Excellent, lasting unit
I bought a ReboundAir Ultimate Rebounder a year ago. The price for ReboundAir is higher than most other brands, but the difference in quality, in my opinion, justifies the price. My unit is solid, stable, and built to give maximum performance over many years. I recently ordered a ReboundAir Stabilizer Bar to attach to my unit to increase the range of exercises I can do and provide added comfort and safety when exercising.
