I’ve been going to Mind Body for years, and the counselors are wonderful. Unfortunately, the office management Amelia is not. I’ve never missed an appointment and have always canceled or rescheduled through their automated system. This time, their system failed to notify them that I had canceled the appointment and needed to reschedule—not me. This review is long overdue! I have been seeing Deirdre and Heather Hall since 2024, and I have come such a long way thanks to their care.
