It has now been 2 weeks since dropping off our computer. We were told it’d done within a week and here we are. No answering of the phone, email or FB Messenger. Not even a Voicemail system set up! Absolutely ridiculous. The communication set up is extremely flawed. At least keep us updated! That’s not a crazy thing to ask. If you can’t have it done when promised, THEN TELL US! I would never recommend this business to a single person. By the look of comments, We are not the only ones with this issue. COMMUNICATION!
Today I took my mother to the Reboot Computer Shop. Her phone has been slowing down and Google play services are messed up. Eight months ago I took my husband there after I did everything I could with his phone. Both times Edwin took care of us in like five minutes! They are personable and professional and they charge next to nothing if anything. Today he said no charge to my mother. We gave him 20 bucks and an extra 😷 mask as a thank you. Excellent service and very helpful/knowledgeable staff! I had gone to another computer repair shop in Monmouth, which I wish I hadn't, where they misdiagnosed and actually created more problems for my Macbook, and were such a pain to deal with. I took my Macbook into Reboot where they fixed everything and provided wonderful customer service. Definitely going to continue doing business with them and will recommend in the future.
Great and speedy service! Hadn't been able to use m MacBook Pro 2012 for a while; it had crashed when I was at college. Was able to get the hard drive replaced with a larger storage size, a solid state drive, for only $280! Great deal and great service! WAY BETTER THAN THE MAC STORE OR HAVING TO GO TO BRIDGEPORT.
