Absolutely horrible service I was told no one could help me while Im grieving the death of my son this is completely unacceptable for therapist... service terrible... speaking to patients horrible... and even if you get a session you have to speak to someone else other than the provider you picked, which is crazy and I was told don't talk to the provider I had a session with I need to speak to them... and when I didn't it was a problem... this is not the place to go if you need help
I was completely ghosted by Angelia. Not sure what happened because I only had a few sessions but at some point I wasn’t able to reschedule online and I received no response via email or phone. Maybe we didn’t align as client/therapist but it would’ve been great to be told that vs the way I felt after realizing she had no plans of continuing our sessions.
We had premarital therapy and had a few sessions after the wedding it was amazing. Four stars because of the scheduling system. You have to call or text rather than just getting on the site and seeing what’s available. When I was doing individual counseling, I would call, get voicemail, get a call back, missed that call and it would just be phone tag…
My experience with Rebirth has been a blessing. I have/had amazing counselors, such as Sheila and Tracie. In the midst of depression, grief, anger, and deep rooted trauma, I was given the tools and resources I need to cope on a day to day basis. Therapy is work, regardless of what it’s for. Andrea, the administrator (I believe so) who oversees appointments and intakes, is very helpful and kind as well. Rebirth Counseling is an overall excellent therapy center. I highly recommend.
