Kind staff and good store
I had a very unpleasant experience with the sales assistants. I picked up an item that had a handwritten sale price on the shelf. At checkout, I was accused of writing the price myself and repeatedly questioned about it. Only after checking their system did they confirm the price matched exactly. She provided an excellent great service today and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
