Rebel Roses is the best florist in Odessa! The owners are so kind and truly care about making every arrangement beautiful. I’ve both ordered and received flowers from them, and they always exceed my expectations. Their flowers are gorgeous, and the customer service is amazing. I wouldn’t buy flowers from anywhere else!
