Rebecca owns a property management company that managed a rental property of mine for two years. As part of the rental arrangement Rebecca took a security deposit from the tenant. We ended the management agreement on April 1, 2024, but Rebecca has yet to return the tenant's security deposit. For 6 weeks now has ignored my calls and texts asking her to return this amount. Next steps are to take her to smalls claims court.
I have been trying to recieve management documents for more than 1 month, with no response from this team. Even after verbal promises to get the documents transferred. This is extremely unprofessional for a management team and a real estate professional. Please do better.

I was purchasing a home from out of town so when I came in to look at places, she really helped make the most of my time. She was very communicative and responsive and really served as my advocate through the whole process.
