She came into the appointment dismissive and hyperquestioning me without giving me any time to respond and she just kept spiraling upwards into a tirade from there, dismissive of any breath I took. Not once did I feel respected or truly heard, on this my first (and last) visit. Very inappropriate behaviors and in no way helpful, as it’s impossible to form any kind of therapeutic relationship in that environment.

Everyone has their own providers but if they were changing I would recomend
I've seen many doctors over the years—some excellent, some not so great—but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.I established care with this doctor in February and didn't have any major concerns at the time. Very oppositional conversation where I was constantly corrected or even dismissed

She came in very sternly speaking to me, blaming me about the confusion left from another care provider. She didn't know my age (thought I was much older). It did not seem like she was prepared for my visit and startled me in the matter she chose to speak to me
I found her to lack any real concerns or interest. Absolutely no personality, professionalism also means showing some sense of concern and not everything is black and white. When it comes to anyone's health care there is a lot of gray to be discussed.
This was my first visit with Dr. Melvin and she was wonderful! A big improvement from my prior doctor at this clinic. She showed she cared and answered all of my questions.
