I've always had a good experience at this clinic. Sometimes the wait is a little longer, but that's because the waiting room is full. Other times I am in & out in 15 mins. I always get professional treatment from the Dr's & reception staff. Pharmacy is in the same building, so very convenient & timesaving.

Appointment hours are very slim, only options are between 10am-2pm (in my experience) and it’s hard to get an appointment. They only book in 10-minute slots so if you are 10 mins late they will tell you to book a new appointment. I drove in from downtown Toronto and when I was 10 mins late I was told I missed my appointment - not worth it if you are coming from Toronto since there is no flexibility for the traffic.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Can’t get a hold of doctor, can’t get refill on necessary prescriptions. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. Dr. Gentil is negligent towards her patients and basically useless.

The doctors are really nice and knowledgeable. Always give accurate info. I can't exactly say the same for the receptionist. They answer the phone as if they hate being there and everyone who calls. It's also impossible to reach them. They go on their lunch break for like 2 hours and still don't pick up the phone.
