I've always had a good experience at this clinic. Sometimes the wait is a little longer, but that's because the waiting room is full. Other times I am in & out in 15 mins. I always get professional treatment from the Dr's & reception staff. Pharmacy is in the same building, so very convenient & timesaving.
Appointment hours are very slim, only options are between 10am-2pm (in my experience) and it’s hard to get an appointment. They only book in 10-minute slots so if you are 10 mins late they will tell you to book a new appointment. I drove in from downtown Toronto and when I was 10 mins late I was told I missed my appointment - not worth it if you are coming from Toronto since there is no flexibility for the traffic.
