i am very pleased with Dr Byrd and her staff. each very attentive and thoughtful. dr byrd was very informative and asked many questions. her time with me was important to me . she heard all she could. i really like how she writes everything down and has a quick summary note for the patient to leave with to remind them of the appointment. i am very happy with my dr. - karen g.
Dr. Byrd is very attentive in my visits. She talks and answers any questions.
My 85 yr old mother visited Dr. Byrd as a new patient this week. There were 30 minutes allocated for the appointment. Dr Byrd took over an hour listening and asking questions and made us feel like family. I would strongly recommend both Dr. Byrd and her staff to anyone.
Office personnel were friendly and efficient. Dr Byrd is excellent, spent time with me, answered all my questions, did a thorough evaluation. I recommend her highly, glad she is my primary care.
