NEGLIGENCE Sweet doctor, however have been completely over charged for an MRI with findings and the doctor has never contacted me back on what my next steps should be. Charging around $5,000 for no assistance provided. Last MRI I received from an out of network provider was about $500 and I was provided instructions for care. Penera's office won't even answer the phone, just a runaround pushing numbers until you reach voice-mail. I am in huge pain and have not been given any advice or been offered a follow up appointment.
