Staff is extremely professional and courteous . They have exceptional knowledge, and ensured I was comfortable with my new brace from time of sizing and order, until the brace came in for fitting
John was very thorough in assessing my wife’s feet issues and his explanations were very easy to understand. Very friendly and courteous.
I saw Jon there to make me a pair of orthotics. He is very good and watched me walk, listened to my concerns and my complex ankle case from 7 surgeries! I’ve worked with him for couple years now. Very professional.
