My visit was a great experience. All my questions were answered in an easy to understand way that made sence to me.
This place is understaffed for receptionists and front line customer service people. Yes the technicians that do the actual work are knowledgeable, professional and skilled. But the frontline people or lack of, that should show us a first good impression, are really misinformed and rude. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. Management should invest in better receptionists and general staffing.
