So I needed a last-minute huge warehouse space. I decided to be upfront with Mr. Reavis and basically told him I’m in a bind, which he easily could’ve taken advantage of. Nothing could be further from what actually happened. It felt like Dealing with a relative. He was professional, thorough and just what I needed. Bless u. The absolute best.

Can't write enough praises for Reavis Realty. Eric Reavis has been my broker for many years and still find him to be honest, straight-forward and professional as we are currently working on certain terms with my existing tenant. He goes way beyond the call of duty.

There are many other brokers I would choose. Unfortunately, Eric Reavis lacks ethics and principles. Moreover, his inauthenticity is deplorable. Lee & Associates far better, trustworthy and professional.
