Excellent customer service and very detailed work. Had a slight problem with the mini received, but they replied to my email and prepared a new one for shipment as soon as they got in to the office. Other than the piece that was broken and beyond my novice repair skill, the miniature looks great. Y'all definitely have a customer for life, until my wife kills me for buying miniatures that is.
High quality minis and they arrived fast! I even got a free paint sample! I will definately buy from them again!
Good models but the Bones series is not that great. There are too many mold lines and the models that need assembly have bad fits. For example fire giant bodygaurd has gaps where hands and sword for into arms and where cloak fit into back. BIG gaps. I expect better from such a well known company. Also swords are always bent and I can never get them straitened out.
Awsome miatures, top of the line paints, and exelent fun loveing staff that does its best for its costomers thst make the expence worth while.
I got a mis-labelled miniature in my order. Reaper support answered my email in a couple hours, and mailed me the right one. I own hundreds of Reaper miniatures and they are the best!

If you collect miniatures or play a tabletop game, you need to look at the Bones range. End of story.
I love the selection and break down of everything they have. My only complaint is there is not even more of the bones (plastic) miniatures as i think the metal is to pretty to paint over.
