Recently I ordered a Reaper miniature from an online seller. When I received the mini, it was packaged incorrectly. I contacted the seller, and they pointed me towards Reapers customer service. I sent CS an email telling them the issue. Within a few hours I got a response that Reaper will send me the correct miniature. It is service like this, that will keep me as a customer for life.
Reaper is at the very top of the miniatures heap. The figures are beautifully detailed, they ship your order at light speed and their customer service is absolutely top notch! Customer from the very beginning and until the very end!

The pewter mini's are beautiful!!! Great customer service and the order came pretry quickly. My only suggestion is to get their site updates with information on the minis. I purchased many but there is no way to tell if what you are adding to the cart is plastic vs. Metal. I had to guesstimate based on the picture and some i was wrong. Maybe add simple information like size and material for each model so I know better what im buying?
Great products at good prices, especially their paints and the Bones line of miniatures
I had an issue with a missing piece to one of my minis and when I contacted customer service to ask how to obtain said missing piece, I expected to hear back in a few days. A few hours after sending the email, I got a response telling me that the missing piece will be sent to me. If you are looking for a company that is 100% customer satisfaction oriented and delivers high quality products at a reasonable cost, then look no further. I personally will be buying my minis from them from now on and will be a customer for life.

So many sculpts. So many modification items. This is the mini manufacturer for people who like miniatures, not just gaming with them.
Ordered a bunch of minis last week, regular delivery, and there they were 7 days later in my mailbox. Fantastic and quick delivery. Not to mention the bonus mini they threw in the box as a gift (25th anniversary mage guy). I love painting their minis and will continue doing so for a long time.
