The figures are fantastic. They have a ton of flavor, excellent dynamic poses, and they're appropriately priced. The company's customer service as top-notch, speaking both as a customer who owns the entire Bones line and as a retailer who loves working with them. Every miniatures maker could stand to learn something from the team at Reaper. Five stars is not enough.
Reaper is by far my fav lgs around. The knowledge that both the main manager Bill and his apprentice Joe has and their willingness to help every customer that walks through the door is unrivaled by any other shop I go to. I walk in and they great me by name, ask about my decks in detail and what can they do to help. Reaper will always be my LOCAL GAME STORE! Keep it up guys.... and ladies.

Gear service by Reaper, had a missing leg from a dragon from the first bones kickstarter and not only were they happy to replace it for me years later, but they sent me the whole dragon from the USA to UK as well!! A� service!
Reaper Miniatures are not only great little gaming figures, the company itself has wonderful customer service. I recently bought a figure that didn't include one of the figures arms. I thought, "oh well, it happens" but my wife told me to contact Reaper just to let them know. I figured that Reaper would have me return the mini to my local gaming store. Nope! Reaper sent me a replacement, no questions asked and at no charge to me. This level of service put a larger smile on an already satisfied customers face. Thanks Reaper!
I just started back in magic, Bill is very very freaking helpful and knowledgeable about the game. He helps my gf build up her deck and doesn't just try to sell a bunch of stuff we don't need. I've never seen one of the factory workers not walk through without a smile on their face. The people who come there are helpful, nice, sincere and just enjoy people playing any game.
