Great customer service and commitment to the community of gamers/painters. After buying a miniature of theirs 10 years ago for my first DnD character Reaper is still my #1 source for RPG minis.
Great miniatures.
Their miniatures are world class, but what really sets Reaper apart is their customer service (very cool staff). These are some fun miniatures to collect and paint.
Your phone system is hard to navigate. Need to communicate to a live person
Love the minis and the selection. Please make some of the classes like the investigator in gnomes:) I do have one pet peeve. The A, B, C chart for pricing needs to go. Please just put the price tag on the figures, paints and paint brushes.
