Great company to work with
I worked with an agent, Kimberly Speller, that I was referred to by a friend. Everything was fine at first. The real headache came the day before closing during the final walk through. I noticed that there was junk still in the house (an old hot water heater, a broken treadmill, and all kinds of other trash in the basement along with a non working stove, paint cans, bags of cement and old chairs in the kitchen and living room; and 3 old tv's in the bedrooms).
