You're not going to believe my experience with this agency. I'm still in disbelief about the lack of communication. A friend and I applied for a spot we absolutely loved, it had been on zillow for 30+ days with 2 price drops. We called Crystal, who politely answered all of our questions. When we got off the phone I texted her our email addresses so she could forward us the application, no response. A few hours later I call her, no answer. I leave a voicemail. No response. Great working with this company and the ladies in the office. Quick responses to inquiries and to maintenance requests. Great letter of recommendation when I moved to a new place.
Realty Properties is a fantastic company to work with. They are responsive and very professional!
As a tenant they always respond promptly to maintenance requests. Only thing negative to say would be the 10 dollar fee they charge every month to pay rent through the portal is ridiculous.
