Serious legal Risk and irresponsible agent and broker! I bought my house through RealtyOne agent, Cindy Chung in 2016. Cindy Failed to check critical permit of 500 sqft with 1.5 bath addition, which causes buyer's loss of $300K. The house we purchased actually only have 1000 sqft legal area but sold to us at 1500 sqft 2.5bath. Seller left private note on MLS to buyer agent, mentioning there is permit issue and ask buyers to check. Cindy does not check permit and never let buyers to check by themselves.
