I would not reccomend this agency for Beaver County Residents, they do NOT know the area. Decided to terminate contract due to lack of response from showings, my house was left open/unlocked & lights on after showings. My realtor acused me of not locking the door & when asked to check to see just who unlocked the door i was told there was a failure w/the box & could not retrieve info. Megan Borneman is the worst. Horribly rude and an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t trust her to sell gum from the bottom of my shoe.
A family member hired Brittany H to list a property. After many conversations, text about their mental health and that it would be unhealthy / dangerous for this transaction to go through. She ignored our wishes and stop communicating with our family and proceeded with the sale. The whole situation with her and what transpired was truly awful. We spoke with numerous attorneys but still have unclear answers on what can be done.
FIVE STARS. I'd give them ALL the stars if i could. I can't say enough positive things about Realty ONE Group Gold Standard and the culture they have created. When I first joined the office and attended my first event, Dionne greeted me with a smile and a hug like I had known her for years. Feels like family.
