My experience with One Realty has been horrific. My agent Mikayla Cudwell listed my property and was helping me purchase a new home. She did not catch my property could not accept certain loan types due to State and Federal guidelines on HOA insurance premiums. So myself and other heavily invested parties are out a huge amount of money for appraisals and inspections.
