As an independent transaction coordinator, I had a front row seat to the performance of one of this company's real estate agents - Esteban Robledo. The guy was disorganized, uncommunicative and fairly incompetent. He ended up pushing the transaction nearly 2 MONTHS out of contract by ignoring ALL required documents and disclosures that could have been handled while his client was waiting for the refinance of their home to complete the purchase I was assisting on. This company is at the very least shady. They are not transparent about transactions, documents or anything pertaining to a sale. A very dear friend of mine has dealt with them and may have to lose several tens of thousands in earnest money. Do not use this company.

Very dishonest people will tell you one thing and then put another thing in the contract at the 25th hour.

My family is dealing with Giselle Mendez, her real estate license number is 02213968. She is very dishonest and unethical. She has hidden aspects of the transaction that have now been uncovered after the fact. Hopefully, I will be able to deal with all of these issues over time with the licensing board for her and this company. Until then…don’t walk but run away from this company.

RMA has been very professional, active, and informative. They go the extra mile and, are quite impressive that they deliver at the level of professionalism of a big brand brokerage - without the added expense or swarm of ‘too many agents’. The agents are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
