This company is at the very least shady. They are not transparent about transactions, documents or anything pertaining to a sale. A very dear friend of mine has dealt with them and may have to lose several tens of thousands in earnest money. Do not use this company.

My family is dealing with Giselle Mendez, her real estate license number is 02213968. She is very dishonest and unethical. She has hidden aspects of the transaction that have now been uncovered after the fact. Hopefully, I will be able to deal with all of these issues over time with the licensing board for her and this company. Until then…don’t walk but run away from this company.

They go the extra mile and, are quite impressive that they deliver at the level of professionalism of a big brand brokerage - without the added expense or swarm of ‘too many agents’. The agents are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
