shady property management tactics – I am so fed up with RMA Oregon Inc. Like the other reviews below, my unit also had a mold problem as well as issues that went unrepaired throughout my tenancy. Their staff has been the rudest I've ever delt with. They seem really annoyed to have to interact with you be it on the phone or in person. And don't expect to get any of your deposits back. We spent 2 days cleaning our old apartment and making repairs (for damage that was there when we moved in) and we didn't get a dime.

I came home on the 30th of Nov. to find a letter notifying me that I have been an excellent tenent, and to show thier grattitude they would only raise my rent 100 dollars for the comming holiday season. Don't expect RMA to respond to maintenance requests, or fix things either. – I find it rather funny that RMA of Oregon's website states they respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I have lived in an apartment managed by RMA for a little over a year. The only reason I've stayed is because I was a student and could not afford to move out.
