Highly unethical. Takes advantage of elderly widows. Does things without approval, like charging aforementioned widow $1700 to “stage” her condo which was UNNECESSARY given the current market. He hired people to pack her home. They came smelling of marijuana and stole things. They demeaned and berated the homeowner.
