I highly recommend choosing Ray for your real estate needs. He was invaluable in the process of buying and selling our home. His knowledge and expertise were evident at every step of the process. He always had our best interest in mind and advocated for us at every turn. He was responsive and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of him and will tell anyone I know who’s looking to buy or sell that they should hire him for their realtor. 5/5 stars.

Ray not only helped me as a first-time homeowner to purchase my cozy house but three years later helped me sell it with a nice profit! I appreciated the no- pressure way about him but Ray would also give all the facts of both sides. Everyone should list and purchase through Ray! I will do it again, if ever the opportunity arises.

First time homebuyer with my husband - we were at a complete loss for how the whole process works. Found Ray through Dave Ramsey. Ray was amazing! He walked us through every step of the way, was easily accessible and extremely knowledgeable... definitely will work with him again in the buying/selling process in Knoxville if we should move. Ray is going to be straight up and honest with you, and he’s really going to work hard to make sure you land in a place that’s right for you.
